目的 研究脑神经生长素对改善脑梗塞症状与体征、日常生活活动能力、智能障碍等方面的疗效,并与胞二磷胆碱比较。方法 治疗组100例(男68例,女32例;年龄42~78岁),用脑神经生长素8mg+5%GS500ml中,静脉滴注,每天1次,10天为1疗程;对照组80例(男54例,女26例,年龄43~75岁),用胞二磷胆碱0.759+5%GS500ml中,静脉滴注,每天1次,10天为1疗程。两组均用2个疗程,两疗程间隔5天,2组同时应用少量脱水药,并口服降脂及扩血管剂。结果 治疗组的临床症状及体征改善(临床疗效)明显优于对照组(X~2=14.25,P<0.01);日常生活活动疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(X~2=16.15,P<0.01);对智能障碍两组均有明显疗效(t=17.17,P<0.01,t=29.17,P<0.01),治疗组疗后智能积分增加明显。按病情程度比较轻型者治疗组优于对照组(X~2=11.92,P<0.01),而中型及重型则两组无明显差异(X~2=3.74,P<0.05;X~2=1.20,P>0.05)。两组无明显不良反应。结论 两种药物在改善脑血管病的神经功能及智能方面均有较好疗效,而脑神经生长素较胞二磷胆碱疗效更显著。
Objective To study the effects of brain growth hormone on improving symptoms and signs of cerebral infarction, daily living activities, mental retardation and so on, and compared with citicoline. Methods The treatment group of 100 patients (68 males and 32 females; aged 42-78 years), brain neurotrophic factor 8mg + 5% GS500ml, intravenous infusion, once daily, 10 days for a course of treatment; control group 80 Cases (54 males and 26 females, aged 43 to 75 years) with citicoline 0.759 + 5% GS500ml, intravenous infusion, once daily, 10 days for a course of treatment. Two groups were treated with two courses, two courses interval of 5 days, two groups also apply a small amount of dehydration medicine, and oral lipid-lowering and vasodilators. Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (X ~ 2 = 14.25, P <0.01). The activities of daily living in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (X ~ 2 = 16.15, P < 0.01). There was a significant effect on mental retardation in both groups (t = 17.17, P <0.01, t = 29.17, P <0.01). Compared with the control group (X ~ 2 = 11.92, P <0.01), the moderate and severe groups showed no significant difference (X ~ 2 = 3.74, P <0.05; X ~ 2 = 1.20 , P> 0.05). No significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Both drugs have better curative effect in improving the neurological function and intelligence of cerebrovascular disease, while the effect of neurotrophin is more obvious than that of citicoline.
