用CHEMCAD软件模拟了FS流型和HS流型.分别改变进料分配比、进料浓度的情况下,保持塔顶产品浓度为84 % (mol) ,塔釜浓度为恒量.模拟得出FS流型和HS流型的能耗,与单塔比较得出不同的节能率,并对FS流型和HS流型做了进一步比较.通过研究提出了双效精馏的最佳进料分配比.模拟表明不同进料组成,其最佳进料分配比不同,且随着进料浓度提高,最佳进料分配比下降.
SimCAD software used to simulate the FS flow and HS flow patterns. Change the feed distribution ratio, feed concentration, respectively, to maintain the top product concentration of 84% (mol), the tower kettle constant concentration. The energy consumption of FS flow and HS flow are obtained by simulation, and different energy-saving rates are obtained compared with single-tower. Further comparison is made between FS flow and HS flow. Through the research, the optimal feed distribution ratio of double-effect distillation is proposed. The simulation shows that the optimum feed distribution ratio is different for different feed compositions, and the optimum feed distribution ratio decreases as the feed concentration increases.
