我国现行宪法确认了公民的言论自由和出版自由。在近年来发布的国家人权行动计划以及中国人权事业进展系列报告中,中国政府为保障言论自由和公民表达权的实现设定若干目标并取得若干进步,使得宪法上的基本权利得以充分实现。
The current constitution of our country confirms citizens’ freedom of speech and publication. In the series of national human rights action plans released in recent years and the progress report on the progress of human rights in China, the Chinese government has set certain goals and made some progress in safeguarding the realization of freedom of speech and citizens’ right of expression so that the basic constitutional rights can be fully realized.
