多年来,各类半成品和成品食品中,重甜成为主流味型。受产品低成本的利益驱动,糖精等甜味剂超量使用,对广大消费公众的健康产生危害。通常100元的糖精可以抵代约6000元食用糖的甜度。所以,我国的糖精产量从1991年的13000多吨节节攀升至近30000吨,其中内销产量从国家规定调控的6000吨翻了一倍多。按照这个消耗量,我国的糖精使用量是国际水平的14倍以上。而一些食品企业在标签中隐讳了使用糖精成分,在获得暴利的同时,牺牲的却是公众的身体健康。日渐“觉醒”了的人们日益将目光投向应运而生的无糖食品上,特别是深受高甜度食 Over the years, various types of semi-finished and finished foods, heavy sweet to become the mainstream flavor.
