以松树皮、珍珠岩、腐殖土、滇杨林下腐殖土、河沙、红壤为主要基质,按照不同的比例配制,进行油橄榄(佛奥)扦插育苗试验。结果表明,不同基质配方处理的生根率差异显著,其中以配方T2(珍珠岩∶腐殖土=1∶1)的扦插基质生根率最高,生根质量各项指标较高。在以后的油橄榄扦插繁殖中可以作为主要的扦插基质。
The pine bark, perlite, humus soil, humus soil, river sand and red soil under Pinus yunnanensis as the main matrix were prepared according to different proportions, and the cutting experiment of Olea europaea was carried out. The results showed that there were significant differences in the rooting rate of different matrix formulations. Among them, the rooting rate of cutting medium with formula T2 (perlite: humus = 1: 1) was the highest, and all the indexes of rooting quality were higher. Olive cuttings in the future can be used as a major cutting matrix.
