《中国制造2025》发展规划对自动化专业人才培养提出了新的要求,需要其培养掌握核心技术的创新型人才、多学科交叉的复合型人才和具有工匠品质的技能型人才。在此背景下,自动化专业可利用云计算平台构建虚拟设计环境,应构建人与技术互动的生产新模式,要研究开发新的自动化理论与技术。在专业发展上,自动化专业要从推进课程建设、改革教学内容、加强师资队伍建设等方面入手,为实现《中国制造2025》提供强有力的人才保障。
The “Made in China 2025” development plan puts forward new requirements for the training of automation professionals, requiring them to cultivate innovative talents who master the core technologies, multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary talents, and skilled workers with artisan qualities. In this context, automation professionals can use the cloud computing platform to build a virtual design environment, we should build a new mode of production of human interaction with technology, research and development of new automation theory and technology. In terms of professional development, automation major should start with promoting curriculum construction, reforming teaching contents, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff, so as to provide powerful personnel protection for “Made in China 2025”.
