随着我国市场经济的发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,市场竞争主要体现为品牌竞争,“品牌形象力”成为当代企业竞争较量的焦点,以“形象力”为核心的品牌竞争已成为现代企业竞争的主要特征,应对新形势下的市场竞争,很多企业纷纷成立售后服务中心,将其作为提升企业品牌形象的重要领地之一。本文就企业售后服务中心提升企业品牌形象的现状进行了分析,针对目前存在的问题,提出了在售后服务中心提升企业品牌形象的对策。

In response to the market competition in the new situation, many enterprises have set up after-sales service centers one after another as one of the important territories to enhance their corporate brand image. This article analyzes the status quo of enterprise after-sales service center to enhance the brand image of the enterprise, in view of the existing problems, puts forward countermeasures to enhance the corporate brand image in after-sales service center.
