我厂多年来对高锰钢的热处理一直采用如图1工艺,其中650℃保温5小时是基于对高锰钢导热性差及热膨胀系数大的认识。有人曾提出高锰钢热处理时,应迅速通过500~700℃这个温区;否则会从奥氏体中析出大量的碳化物,使强度塑性下降,增加铸件的开裂倾向。我们的实践表明,在650℃较长时间保温,并未产生过裂纹,但是整个加热时间较长,铸件表面氧化脱碳严重,降低了耐磨性,也浪费了能源。
Our factory over the years on the heat treatment of high manganese steel has been used as shown in Figure 1 process, of which 650 ℃ heat 5 hours is based on the poor thermal conductivity of high manganese steel and large thermal expansion of knowledge. It has been proposed high manganese steel heat treatment, it should quickly through the 500 ~ 700 ℃ temperature; otherwise it will precipitate a large number of carbides from austenite, the strength of plastic decreased, increasing the tendency of casting cracking. Our practice shows that at 650 ℃ for a long time insulation, did not produce cracks, but the whole heating time is longer, the surface of the casting oxide decarbonization serious, reducing the wear resistance, but also a waste of energy.
