目的通过调查了解仙居县安洲中学校应急安全知识知晓及需求情况,评价县级中学校应急安全知识宣传教育效果。方法设计调查问卷,对安洲中学的170名教职工和2 400名中学生开展应急安全知识问卷调查,并对2 400名中学生在开设健康教育课时给予应急知识及技能培训措施干预,对干预效果进行评价。结果 170名教职工仅有35名(20.59%)接受过系统的应急安全知识培训,多数教师是通过自学和讲座来获取应急安全知识。中学生对于应急安全知识知晓率前三位依次为:触电知识占70.42%、食物中毒知识占68.00%、交通安全知识占65.92%。其中低年级学生与高年级学生对应急安全知识知晓率存在差异(P<0.05);初一学生在通过宣教后安全应急与避险技能评分明显高于宣教前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安洲中学校应急知识水平有待提高,应急安全知识的宣教有效提高了中学生的安全应急与避险技能知识,应将其纳入正常教学计划中。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and needs of emergency and safety knowledge in Anzhou Middle School in Xianju County and to evaluate the effect of publicity and education on emergency and safety knowledge at county level. Methods A questionnaire was designed to investigate the emergency safety knowledge among 170 teachers and 2,400 middle school students in Anzhou Middle School and to give interventions on the emergency knowledge and skills training for 2,400 middle school students in setting up health education classes. Evaluation. As a result, only 35 of the 170 faculty members (20.59%) received systematic emergency safety training. Most teachers acquired emergency safety knowledge through self-study and lectures. The top three students’ awareness of emergency safety knowledge were as follows: electric shock knowledge accounted for 70.42%, food poisoning knowledge 68.00%, traffic safety knowledge 65.92%. There was a significant difference in the awareness rate of emergency safety between junior and senior students (P <0.05). The scores of safety emergency and hedging skills of the first-year students were significantly higher than those before the mission, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) <0.05). Conclusions The level of emergency knowledge in Anzhou Middle School needs to be improved. The missionary knowledge of emergency safety knowledge effectively improves the knowledge of safety emergency and hedging skills of middle school students and should be included in the normal teaching plan.
