现今,移动通信市场的竞争日益激烈,2008年底随着3G牌照的发放,国内通信行业将被划分为3大运营商,即:中国移动、中国连通、中国电信。增设移动运营商,能够促进移动通信运营市场健康快速发展,同时也使得市场竞争更为白热化。2013年年底,工信部移动发放了第一张TD-LTE制式运营牌照,标志着我国通信市场4G时代的正式到来。本文主要论述了中国移动要想在这场竞争中立于不败,保持原有的优势,稳定住在网客户,除了从网络等方面着手外,更重要的是做好服务和渠道方面的建设工作。
Nowadays, the competition in the mobile communication market is increasingly fierce. With the issuance of 3G licenses at the end of 2008, the domestic telecommunications industry will be divided into three major operators: China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom. The addition of mobile operators can promote the healthy and rapid development of the mobile communications operation market and at the same time make the market competition more intense. At the end of 2013, MIIT Mobile released the first TD-LTE operating license, marking the official arrival of the 4G era in China’s communications market. This article mainly discusses that if China Mobile wants to remain undefeated in this competition, maintain its original advantages and stabilize its online customers, it is more important to do a good job in service and channel construction besides starting with the network .
