配备反循环除渣系统的大口径工程钻机在大规模基础工程中应用广泛。其中,砂石泵为循环设备的泵吸反循环除渣系统较简单,易于制造,功率利用率较高,在以浅孔为主要对象的大口径工程钻机中发挥重要作用。本文仅以GQZ-150型桥梁工程钻机设计和试验中的体会,从水力学和泥浆水力学的基本原理出发,对系统各参数的匹配提出看法。
Large-diameter engineering drilling rigs equipped with reverse circulation and slag removal systems are widely used in large-scale foundation projects. Among them, the sand pumping pump is a simple and easy-to-manufacture pumping reverse cycle slag removal system for circulatory equipment, and has a high power utilization rate. It plays an important role in large-diameter drilling rigs that mainly use shallow holes. This article is based on the experience of designing and testing the GQZ-150 bridge drilling rig, starting with the basic principles of hydraulics and mud hydraulics, and presenting a view on the matching of various parameters of the system.
