初中阶段是青少年社会性发展的关键阶段,竞争、合作与学生社会性发展有着密切的关系。竞争—合作学习作为一种重要的教学思想和教学形式,有利于促进初中生社会性健康、全面的发展。小组竞合,即小组竞争与合作机制的核心理念是尊重学生、依靠学生,使学生成为真正的课堂主人。在进行英语教学时,教师应该积极指导学生运用小组竞合的方式学习,培养学生良好的竞合习惯,从而达到高效课堂的目的。
The junior middle school stage is the key stage of adolescent social development. Competition, cooperation and social development of students are closely related. Competition - Cooperative learning as an important teaching thought and teaching form is conducive to promoting junior high school students’ social health and all-round development. Team competition, the core concept of team competition and cooperation mechanism is to respect students, rely on students and make students become real classroom masters. In English teaching, teachers should actively guide students to use group co-opetition to learn and cultivate good students competing habits, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient classroom.
