自1980年 Kromann 等发现在食用大量海生生物人群中冠心病的死亡率转低以来,世人已致力研究食用鱼油对冠心病死亡率的影响,本研究旨在确定较长期食用鱼油对缺血后再灌注导致的心肌功能异常的保护作用。
