冀东水泥厂第二条生产线是天津水泥工业设计研究院９０年代中期设计的 ４０００ｔ／ｄ国产化示范线，自动化控制采用瑞士ＡＢＢ公司的集散控制系统（简称 ＤＣＳ系统）。ＡＢＢ公司ＤＣＳ系统在完成生产设备监控的同时，满足了二线技改所需的控制功能。
The second production line of Jidong Cement Plant is a 4,000 t / d localization demonstration line designed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute in the mid-1990s.
