随着国家财政体制改革的不断深入,事业单位粗放的财务管理已远不能满足时代发展的需要,造成腐败等各种问题。迫切需要事业单位健全财务管理制度,规范固定资产管理,提高预算管理的科学性,提高内部控制水平。加强对合同等重大事项管理,强化管理,控制风险,提高财政资金使用效益。
With the continuous deepening of the national financial system reform, the extensive financial management of institutions has been far from meeting the needs of the development of the times and causing various problems such as corruption. There is an urgent need for public institutions to improve their financial management system, standardize the management of fixed assets, improve the scientific nature of budget management and raise the level of internal control. Strengthen the management of major issues such as contracts, strengthen management, control risks and improve the efficiency of using financial funds.
