黄荆(Vitex negundo)的叶显示有抗关节炎活性,其同属植物具激素样物质。如在V,megapotamica曾得到昆虫变态激素—20-羟基脱皮酮。从黄荆叶中亦曾分离出有机酸、甙类、挥发油、生物碱和黄酮类;种子中分离出β-谷甾醇和烷烃。作者报道从其干燥茎皮中经硅胶柱层析,分别分离得二个花色素化合物A和B以及五个黄酮类化合物C~G。上述化合物经一系列光谱数据和化学降解等研究,证实均为一新化合物,分别为:(A)白飞燕草甙元的甲基醚,红色化合物,熔点>300°(乙酸乙酯-石油醚),
The leaves of Vitex negundo show anti-arthritic activity, and the genus has hormone-like substances. As in V, megapotamica has been given insect metamorphosis hormone -20-hydroxy-de-ergosterone. Organic acids, glycosides, volatile oils, alkaloids and flavonoids have also been isolated from the leaves of Vitex japonicus; β-sitosterol and alkanes have been isolated from the seeds. The authors report that two anthocyanidins A and B and five flavonoids C-G were isolated from their dried bark via silica gel column chromatography. The above compounds were confirmed to be new compounds by a series of spectroscopic data and chemical degradation studies.
