由上海交通大学振动冲击噪声研究所佟德纯副教授、李华彪,沈密群和上海港煤炭装卸公司合作完成的“大型支承回转装置故障诊断技术的开发和应用”课题鉴定会于1990年11月26日在上海港煤炭装卸公司通过专家鉴定。该课题从解决港口机械状态监测与诊断出发,在常规相关与谱分析基础上,针对大型回转支承装置结构特点和工作机制,开发和采用以下几项新的诊断方法:
The appraisal meeting of “Development and Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology for Large Supporting Rotating Device” was jointly conducted by Associate Professor Tong Dechun, Li Huapiao, Shen Miqun and Shanghai Port Coal Handling Company, Institute of Vibration and Impact Noise of Shanghai Jiaotong University on November 26, 1990. Shanghai Port Coal Handling Company passed the appraisal of experts. Based on the routine correlation and spectrum analysis, this project starts from solving the problem of monitoring and diagnosing the mechanical condition of the port, and develops and adopts the following new diagnostic methods according to the structural features and working mechanism of the large slewing bearing:
