利用压缩试验机对高锰含量的Mn Ni(Cu)合金进行压力加载试验,研究了锰含量、铜含量对Mn Ni(Cu)合金伪弹性性能的影响。结果表明:Mn Ni(Cu)合金均表现伪弹性;对Mn Ni二元合金(Mn85Ni15,Mn82.2Ni17.8,Mn80Ni20)随着Ni含量的增加,合金伪弹性得到提高;以Cu来置换部分的Ni,Mn Ni Cu合金(Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2,Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4)的伪弹性会得到提高,但在Mn Ni Cu三元合金中,Cu置换Ni的比例越大,合金的伪弹性并未发生明显改变;Mn82.2Ni17.8、Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2及Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4合金的回复率均可达85%以上。
The compression test was used to test the loading of Mn Ni (Cu) alloy with high Mn content. The effects of Mn content and Cu content on the pseudo-elastic properties of Mn Ni (Cu) alloy were studied. The results show that the pseudo-elastic properties of Mn Ni (Cu) alloys all show pseudo-elasticity; the pseudoelasticity of Mn Ni binary alloys (Mn85Ni15, Mn82.2Ni17.8, Mn80Ni20) increases with increasing Ni content; The pseudo-elasticity of Ni and Mn Ni Cu alloys (Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2 and Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4) is improved. However, the larger the proportion of Cu substitution Ni in the Mn Ni Cu ternary alloy, the pseudo-elasticity of the alloy is not Obviously changed. The recovery rates of Mn82.2Ni17.8, Mn82.2Ni15.8Cu2 and Mn82.2Ni13.8Cu4 alloys all reached over 85%.
