采用正交试验方法研究了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢深冷处理工艺,分析部分深冷处理对材料力学性能的影响,并观察深冷处理前后金相显微组织变化。试验结果发现,高速钢深冷处理最优工艺条件为2次的深冷处理、缓慢冷却及缓慢升温液体法的深冷方式、200℃回火和4 h的浸泡时间。同时认为深冷处理次数对深冷处理对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢力学性能影响最显著,深冷处理方式其次。故在进行深冷处理时可适当多次深冷处理,但并不是越多越好。
The orthogonal experiment was used to study the cryogenic treatment technology of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel. The effect of partial cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties of the material was analyzed. The microstructure of the W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel was observed before and after cryogenic treatment. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for cryogenic treatment of HSS were 2 cryogenic treatment, slow cooling, slowly cryogenic liquid cryogenic method, tempering at 200 ℃ and soaking time at 4 h. At the same time, it is considered that the effect of cryogenic treatment on the mechanical properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 HSS is the most significant, followed by cryogenic treatment. Therefore, cryogenic treatment may be appropriate in many cryogenic treatment, but not the more the better.
