随着我国高等教育实现从“精英化”向“大众化”不断转变,我国各类高校不断扩招,高校毕业生的人数不断攀升,而保证大学生就业的顺利进行成为国家、社会、高校和学生本人应该承担的义务和责任。作为高等教育一部分的高等职业教育,承担着为生产一线培养技术型、应用型和实用型的高技能人才的任务。生产是国家经济建设的关键,因此,研究高职院校毕业生就业问题有利于促进社会主义构建和谐社会,有利于完善和健全有关的法律制度,有利于推动中国产业结构调整和经济结构的调整,有利于高等教育进行改革和教学创新,有利于国家对于人才的合理利用和有效的资源配置,也有助于高等职业院校的学生的发展、成才和实现自我价值。基于此,首先提出研究扬州高职院校毕业生就业现状及对策的意义,并根据国内外的研究理论成果,结合扬州市的实际情况,进行可行性分析。

Therefore, the study on the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges is conducive to promoting the socialist construction of a harmonious society, improving and perfecting the relevant legal system, and facilitating the adjustment of China’s industrial structure and economic structure , Is conducive to higher education reform and teaching innovation is conducive to the rational use of talent for the country and effective allocation of resources, but also contribute to the development of higher vocational students, talent and self-worth. Based on this, the paper firstly puts forward the significance of studying employment status and countermeasures of employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges in Yangzhou, and conducts feasibility analysis according to the research results at home and abroad and the actual conditions in Yangzhou.
