番石榴实蝇,是从泰国产的番石榴上收集的,鉴定后分别再经华南农业大学刘秀琼教授和美国夏威夷大学D.Elmo Hardy教授的复核,证实无误。我国尚未有此虫发生的报道,鉴于其对水果和蔬菜可造成严重的为害,作者在广州对此虫的形态特征和生活习性,进行了较詳细的观察。番石榴实蝇分布于印度、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡和泰国等印度次大陆和印度支那的部分地区。由于其严重的蛀食致使受害的农作物完全失去商品的价值。尽管目前在我国尚未发现此虫,但如果一旦传入,将会导致不可估量的严重损失。本文主要是通过介绍此虫的主要形态特征以及对其若干生活习性的简略描述,达到对此虫有个初步的了解。 Guava fruit flies, collected from the guava produced in Thailand, were identified after confirmation by Professor Liu Xiuqiong from South China Agricultural University and the review by Professor D. Elmo Hardy from the University of Hawaii, respectively. In our country, there is no report on the occurrence of this pest. In view of its serious damage to fruits and vegetables, the author made a more detailed observation on its morphological characteristics and living habits in Guangzhou. Guava fruit flies are found in parts of the Indian subcontinent and parts of Indochina, such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Because of its severe eating habits, the affected crops completely lose the value of their products. Although this pest has not been found in our country at present, once it is imported, it will cause immeasurable serious losses. This article is mainly through the introduction of the main morphological characteristics of this insect and a brief description of some of its habits, to achieve a preliminary understanding of this worm.
