目的：调查我院中药汤剂处方中的一些问题。方法：收集我院 １９９９年上半年的５ ９４０张处方，并对其中存在的问题加以分析。结果：存在有书写不规范，脚注未写清，计量单位不正规等问题。结论：应加强中药管理，做好药学服务。
Objective: To investigate some problems in prescriptions of herbal decoctions in our hospital. Methods: We collected 5,940 prescriptions from the first half of 1999 in our hospital and analyzed the problems. Results: There are problems such as non-standard writing, unclear footnotes, and irregular measurement units. Conclusion: The management of traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened and pharmaceutical services should be provided.
