食品安全一直是全球食品供应链中的一个重要问题,国际标准化组织 (ISO)于2005年9月1日正式发布了 ISO22000:2005《食品安全管理体系——对食物链中任何组织的要求》。该标准既是描述食品安全管理体系要求的使用指导标准,又是可供认证和注册的审核标准,同时也是在整个食品供应链中实施HACCP技术的一种工具。
Food safety has always been an important issue in the global food supply chain. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) officially released ISO 22000: 2005 “Food Safety Management System - Requirements for Any Organization in the Food Chain” on September 1, 2005. This standard is both a guiding principle for describing the requirements of a food safety management system and an auditing standard for certification and registration. It is also a tool for implementing HACCP technology throughout the food supply chain.
