从配合力探讨新CP甘蔗品种的育种潜力

为探讨新CP甘蔗品种作杂交亲本的遗传特点,采用6×4不完全双列杂交设计,估算5个产量和品质性状的一般配合力(gca)和特殊配合力(sca).方差分析表明,5个性状的母本gca极显著,而组合sca只有丛重,株高和茎径显著.V_(gca)∶V_(sca)表明,在后代群体性状表达上,加性遗传方差组分占有明显优势,根据配合力效应,侧重评价了新CP甘蔗品种的育种潜力,发现CP72—1210和CP67—412为母本易于将高糖高产基因传递给后代,CP65—357为母本的后代茎径和锤度也较理想,F_1群体育种潜力大的组合有CP72—1210×Ya84—125,CP72—1210×Ya82—96,CP67—×Ya71—374和CP65—357×Ya71—370,可用于今后的甘蔗有性杂交育种计划。 In order to explore the genetic characteristics of new CP sugarcane varieties as crosses parents, the general combining ability (gca) and special combining ability (sca) of 5 yield and quality traits were estimated by 6 × 4 incomplete diallel crosses.Analysis of variance showed that, The gca of the five traits was extremely significant, but the sca of the combination sca was only heavy, and the plant height and stem diameter were significant.Vca: sca showed that the additive genetic variance was dominant in the population traits of offspring According to the combining ability effect, we focused on evaluating the breeding potential of new CP sugarcane varieties and found that CP72-1210 and CP67-412 were easy to transfer high-sugar and high-yield gene to offspring, CP65-357 was the descendant stem diameter and Brix is ​​also ideal, F_1 ​​group breeding potential combination of CP72-1210 × Ya84-125, CP72-1210 × Ya82-96, CP67- × Ya71-374 and CP65-357 × Ya71-370, can be used in the future of sugarcane Sexual hybrid breeding program.
