介绍了果树生理研究中测定CaM的ELISA法。研究表明:果树的CaM含量明显高于其他作物;以果树为试材来测定CaM时,稀释倍数(v/w)以15~20为宜;不同果树的组织和器官,其CaM含量有不同;同一组织和器官在不同的生理时期,其CaM含量也显著不同,从而说明CaM参与了果树的一些生理代谢过程。还就用ELISA法来测定CaM时的注意事项进行了讨论。
The ELISA method for determining CaM in fruit tree physiology was introduced. The results showed that the content of CaM in fruit trees was significantly higher than that in other crops. When the fruit trees were used to determine CaM, the dilution ratio (v / w) was 15-20. CaM content in different tissues and organs of different fruit trees was different. The CaM content of the same tissues and organs in different physiological periods also significantly different, indicating CaM involved in some physiological metabolic processes of fruit trees. Considerations for measuring CaM by the ELISA method were also discussed.
