华阴市作为西部唯一的城郊型国家社会发展综合实验区，是我国西部大开发的排头兵。本文在分析华阴市渔业发展现状、存在问题和发展潜力的基础上，提出了华阴市进一步发展渔业的对策措施和政策建议。
Huayin City, as the only social experimental zone in western China, is the vanguard in the development of western China. Based on the analysis of present situation, existing problems and development potential of fisheries in Huayin City, this paper puts forward countermeasures and policy recommendations for further developing fisheries in Huayin City.
