本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80存在下银与硫代米蚩酮的显色反应。结果表明,银-TMK吐温-80络合体系的显邑酸度为pH3.3—6.8,络合物的最大吸收为540nm,其E_(540)=6.6×10~4,组成比为Ag:TMK=1:2。在25毫升体积内,银量在0—20微克范围内符合比尔定律。干扰试验表明,对于10微克银、下列量(毫克)共存离子不干扰:Mo(Ⅵ)、Mn~(2+)(3),Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Al~(3+)、Mg~(2+)(1),Ni~(2+)、Zn~(2+)、V~(+5)、Fe~(3+)(0.5),Cr~(3+)、Ti~(4+)(0.2),PO_4~(3-)(5.0)。氯离子干扰测定而应除去。本法可用于废水中银的直接测定。
In this paper, the color reaction of silver with thiomoketone was studied in the presence of nonionic surfactant Tween-80. The results showed that the apparent acidity of the silver-TMK Tween-80 complex was pH3.3-6.8, the maximum absorption of the complex was 540 nm, the E5 (540) was 6.6 × 10-4, the composition ratio was Ag: TMK = 1: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-20 micrograms of silver in a volume of 25 milliliters. Interference tests showed that the following amounts (milligram) of coexisting ions did not interfere with 10 μg of silver: Mo (Ⅵ), Mn 2+, Cu 2+, Pb 2+, (3 +), Mg ~ (2 +) (1), Ni ~ (2 +), Zn ~ (2 +), V ~ +5, Fe ~ (3 +) +), Ti ~ (4 +) (0.2), PO_4 ~ (3 -) (5.0). Chloride interference measurement should be removed. This method can be used for direct determination of silver in wastewater.
