通过菊花绿美人茎尖的组织培养实验,发现所用培养基不同浓度激素的配比对其增殖有影响,不同基质(①腐殖质基质、②普通园土)及不同育苗方法(①漂浮穴盘育苗、②常规育苗)对组培苗生长的影响。结果表明诱导培养基为:MS+6BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,其诱导率可达90%;增殖培养基:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;生根培养基:1/2MS+IBA0.1mg/L,生根率达95%;选用质地疏松的腐殖质+蛭石+珍珠岩(3:2:1),培育的组培苗生长势良好,成活率达85%。
