全国中小学教师教育技术水平考试(NTET)是评估中小学教师教育技术应用能力和促进教师专业化发展的一种重要的定量评价手段。从命题特点、命题质量和可行性看,NTET模板命题是主客观因素相互结合的产物。根据模板要素的构成,命题模板可以划分为试卷模板和题型模板两种类型。同传统命题相比较,模板命题在命题、审题和校对等方面都有独特之处。模板命题有助于提高命题质量和维护考试公平,具有广阔的应用前景。
The National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Education Technology Level Test (NTET) is an important quantitative evaluation method to evaluate the ability of primary and secondary school teachers in applying educational technology and to promote the professional development of teachers. From propositional characteristics, proposition quality and feasibility, NTET template proposition is a product of the combination of subjective and objective factors.
