对都江堰安龙镇某九年制学校学生进行复原力、创伤后应激反应和心理健康状况的测查,探讨复原力对中小学生创伤后应激反应和心理健康状况的影响,为心理援助活动提供参考。结果表明:(1)在震后一个半月时,该校学生有17.3%的人出现较严重的创伤后应激反应,12.9%的人心理健康水平较低;(2)复原力中的积极认知和信任两个维度对降低学生创伤后应激反应、促进学生心理健康恢复具有比较大的作用;(3)创伤后应激反应在复原力对心理健康的影响中起着部分中介的作用。
To investigate the resilience, post-traumatic stress response and mental health status of a nine-year-old school in Anlong Town, Dujiangyan, and to explore the impact of resilience on the post-traumatic stress response and mental health of primary and secondary school students. for reference. The results showed that: (1) One and a half months after the earthquake, 17.3% of the students in school had a more severe post-traumatic stress response, and 12.9% had lower mental health; (2) Positive recognition in resilience The two dimensions of knowing and trust play a significant role in reducing post-traumatic stress response and promoting students’ mental health recovery. (3) Post-traumatic stress response plays a partial mediating role in the impact of resilience on mental health.
