目的开发一种家用化学发热式杀虫烟雾剂,研究纳米无机盐粉体在烟雾剂颗粒成型中的应用,并提出质量指标和性能检测方法。方法烟雾剂颗粒的抗压强度参照ASTM方法D4179进行,模拟现场药效评价参照GB/T13917.8-92和GB/T17322.11-1998进行。结果9.5%右旋苯氰菊酯.氯菊酯纳米增强烟雾剂颗粒的抗压强度为2N/mm,尺寸Ф3×(5~12)mm,干燥减重≤3%,成烟率89%,起烟时间为2.8 m in,持续发烟时间150 s,对蟑螂、蚊蝇杀灭效果好。结论采用拟除虫菊酯复配的烟雾剂杀虫效果好,安全性可靠,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To develop a household chemical pyrolytic insecticide aerosol to study the application of nanometer inorganic salt powder in aerosol granule forming and to propose the quality index and the performance testing method. Methods The compressive strength of the aerosol particles was measured according to ASTM method D4179. The simulation field efficacy evaluation was performed according to GB / T13917.8-92 and GB / T17322.11-1998. Conclusion The pyrethroid compound aerosol insecticidal effect is good, safe and reliable, and has good application prospects.
