超声波检测是工业无损检测中应用最为广泛的一种方法,就无损检测而言,超声波适用于各种尺寸的锻件、轧制件、焊缝和某些铸件,无论是钢铁、有色金属和非金属。都可以采用超声波法进行检验。超声检测是无损检测领域中应用和研究最活跃的方法之一。伴随着电子计算机的普及和应用,超声检测仪器和检测方法都得到了迅速的发展,使超声检测的应用更为普及。本文介绍了可调入射角超声波斜探头设计原理及设计图。
