目的探讨玻璃纤维强化复合树脂黏结桥修复前牙缺失的短期临床效果。方法选择2008—2011年沈阳市和平唯美度医疗美容门诊部收治的单颗前牙缺失患者43例,采用玻璃纤维强化复合树脂制作黏结桥进行修复治疗。随访6个月,评价临床效果。结果治疗后6个月临床复查,37例黏结桥不松动,修复体完好,无折断、缺损或过度磨耗,无明显着色,固位体边缘与黏结剂界面临床观察结合良好;4例在使用中出现脱落;2例折断。结论玻璃纤维强化复合树脂黏结桥修复是一种微创、无金属的固定修复方法,短期临床效果良好,长期疗效有待观察。
Objective To investigate the short-term clinical effect of glass fiber reinforced composite bonded bridges in repairing anterior teeth defects. Methods Forty-three patients with single anterior teeth defect were selected from Shenyang Peace Medical Beauty Clinic in 2008-2011. The patients were treated with fiberglass-reinforced composite resin for bonding bridges. Follow up for 6 months, evaluate the clinical effect. Results Six months after treatment, 37 cases of cement bridge were not loosened, the prosthesis was intact, no fracture, defect or over-wear, no obvious coloring, and the clinical observation of the interface between the edge of the retainer and the adhesive was well combined. Four cases were in use Appeared off; 2 cases broken. Conclusion The glass fiber reinforced composite resin cement bridge repair is a minimally invasive, nonmetal fixed repair method, short-term clinical effect is good, long-term efficacy remains to be seen.
