基因免疫开创了疫苗研究的新纪元 ,这种免疫方法提供了稳定而且长期不断的蛋白抗原来源。DNA疫苗制备简单 ,没有明显的毒性或宿主免疫力并能有效诱导体液和细胞免疫。使用病毒载体的 DNA疫苗在一些临床前实验模型中具有较高的基因转移效率和诱导保护性与治疗性免疫作用。本文论述了腺相关病毒在疫苗研制中的应用潜力
Genetic immunization has created a new era in vaccine research that provides a stable and long-lasting source of protein antigens. DNA vaccines are simple to prepare, have no significant toxicity or host immunity and are effective in inducing humoral and cellular immunity. DNA vaccines using viral vectors have higher gene transfer efficiency and protective and therapeutic immunological effects in some preclinical experimental models. This article discusses the potential of adeno-associated virus in vaccine development
