目的:对于数字脑电图与动态脑电图诊断癫痫病的临床结果进行分析,为临床诊断癫痫病提供依据。方法:对本院2011年4月—2014年12月收治的60例癫痫病患者进行研究,均采用数字脑电图与动态脑电图进行检查,对于慢波节律和尖(棘)慢综合波的结果进行比较。结果:采用动态脑电图检查,慢波节律,尖(棘)慢综合波的检出率均高于数字脑电图组,结果比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:动态脑电图是一种有效诊断癫痫病的方法,有临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical results of digital electroencephalography (EEG) and dynamic electroencephalogram (EEG) in the diagnosis of epilepsy and provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods: A total of 60 epilepsy patients admitted from April 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital were examined by digital electroencephalography (EEG) and dynamic electroencephalogram (EEG). For slow wave rhythm and spina bifida complex The results are compared. Results: The detection rate of slow wave rhythm and slow (spine) wave was higher than that of digital EEG group by dynamic electroencephalogram (P <0.01). Conclusion: EEG is an effective method to diagnose epilepsy and has clinical value of popularization.
