目的比较艾迪注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与毒性。方法观察组30例以艾迪注射液联合化疗,对照组30例单纯应用化疗。结果观察组有效率为50%,病变进

目的比较艾迪注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与毒性。方法观察组30例以艾迪注射液联合化疗,对照组30例单纯应用化疗。结果观察组有效率为50%,病变进展率为6．7%;对照组有效率为40%,病变进展率26．7%,2组有效率比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）,而病变进展率差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。治疗后生活质量明显提高（P＜0．05）。治疗中毒副反应明显减少（P＜0．05）,差异有显著性。结论艾迪注射液有一定抗肿瘤作用,同时能改善机体免疫状态,降低化疗毒副反应,改善患者生活质量。
