我们通过调查后认为,当前企业思想政治工作正面临着十大变化,需要采取相应的十大对策。企业成为市场主体以后,要求企业自主落实思想政治工作的意识要“强”。企业成为市场主体以后,思想政治工作的地位、作用不仅没有发生变化,相反企业要更加自觉地进行有效的思想政治工作。这是因为,新旧体制转变本身就是思想变革、观念变革,在转制过程中要打破旧秩序,建立新的规范,就会问题突出,矛盾激烈,各种思潮会杂芜丛生。而所有这些在很大程度上要靠企业自身去克服,去做有效的思想政治工作。所以有人讲,国有企业现在要唱两首歌,一首是《国歌》,一首是《国际歌》。
After our investigation, we believe that the current ideological and political work in enterprises is facing ten major changes and the corresponding top-10 measures need to be taken. After enterprises become the market players, they must “strong” their enterprises to consciously implement their ideological and political work autonomously. After the enterprise becomes the market main body, the position and function of the ideological and political work have not only not changed, on the contrary, the enterprises should consciously carry out effective ideological and political work. This is because the transformation of the old system from the new one is a matter of ideological change and concept change. In breaking down the old order and establishing new norms in the process of restructuring, the problems will be prominent and the conflicts will be fierce. All kinds of ideological trends will be mixed with each other. All of this depends to a large extent on enterprises themselves to overcome and to do effective ideological and political work. Therefore, some people say that state-owned enterprises now have to sing two songs, one is the “national anthem” and the other is the “international song.”
