D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)是交联纤维蛋白的特异性降解产物,可作为反映高凝状态和纤溶亢进的分子标志物之一。急性脑梗塞在发病过程中,凝血与纤溶系统功能异常已被肯定。为探讨血浆D-二聚体与血液流变学在急性脑梗塞病早期的改变及临床意义,我们测定了150例急性脑梗塞患者早期的上述指标,现将结果报告如下。
D-dimer (D-dimer, DD) is a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, which can be used as one of the molecular markers to reflect hypercoagulability and fibrinolysis. Acute cerebral infarction in the pathogenesis, coagulation and fibrinolytic system dysfunction has been affirmed. In order to investigate the early changes and clinical significance of plasma D-dimer and hemorheology in acute cerebral infarction, we measured the above indexes in 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The results are reported as follows.
