在实际生产中我们经常遇到一些外径小又较长的细长杆零件,按常规方法车削比较困难。为此,我们制作了加工细长杆的简易工具,效果很好。跟刀支承架2的形状如图所示。制作时,先根据选用车刀5的宽度开一槽,然后装夹在反刀架1上,粗调整中心后,将中拖板固定,利用车床主轴装夹钻头或铰刀,加工跟刀支承架2上的跟刀衬套孔及支承衬套孔,再将两衬套3、 6压入跟刀支承架内。使用时,将车刀调整在跟刀支承架2槽内,用小刀架控制零件尺寸及切断,采用高转速慢走刀量一次车成。
