在国内首先建立了一台表面等离激元显微镜,利用此显微镜对不同厚度的脂肪酸LB膜样品进行了观察,很好的区分了双层硬脂酸和双层棕榈酸分子膜的厚度差别。接着又对处于固液共存分相状态的DMPEsupportedmembrane的形貌进行了观测,从不同的光源入射角度得到了不同相畴处发生共振吸收的DMPEsupportedmembrane的分相图像,并对各相畴区之间表观厚度差别进行了测定和讨论
A surface plasmon microscope was first established in China. By using this microscope, LB film samples with different thickness were observed and the difference between the thickness of bilayer stearic acid and bilayer palmitic acid film was well discriminated. Then the morphology of DMPEsupported metaplasia in the state of solid-liquid coexistence and phase separation was observed. The phase-separated images of DMPEsupported metambrane with resonance absorption in different domains were obtained from different light incident angles. The difference in thickness was measured and discussed
