目的了解崇州市2012年食品安全状况。方法按《2012年四川省食品安全风险监测实施方案》的要求采集市区内大型超市和农贸市场的各类样品进行检测。结果共采集各类样品95份,其中合格75份,合格率78.9%;不合格20份,不合格率21.1%;不合格的食品及不合格项目是熟肉制品的亚硝酸盐,腐竹类的二氧化硫残留量,米的铅,镉,无机砷。结论 2012年崇州市市售大部分食品合格。
Objective To understand the state of food safety in Chongzhou in 2012. Methods According to the requirements of “2012 Sichuan Province Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Plan”, various samples of large-scale supermarkets and farmers markets in urban area were collected for testing. Results A total of 95 samples were collected, of which 75 were qualified, the pass rate of 78.9%; 20 failed, the failure rate of 21.1%; unqualified food and unqualified items of cooked meat products nitrite, dried bean Sulfur dioxide residues, rice lead, cadmium, inorganic arsenic. Conclusion In 2012 most of the food sold in Chongzhou City was qualified.
