近20年,我国的报业发行格局发生了根本性变革,即在原来邮政垄断发行的格局上,又产生了社会零售发行体系与自办发行体系,共同成为我国报纸发行的三大主要体系,或称为三大渠道。这三种渠道之间存在怎样的竞争关系,它们之间是否存在合作的可能性,邮政发行如何重现“主渠道”的风光,是邮政企业最为关心也是亟待研究的问题。本刊专访了北京邮电大学杜振华教授,与她共同探讨邮政发行渠道的建设和发展。
In the past 20 years, fundamental changes have taken place in the pattern of newspaper distribution in our country. That is to say, in the pattern of the original postal monopoly distribution, the system of retail distribution of the society and the system of self-run issuance have also come into being. Together they have become the three major systems of newspaper distribution in our country. Or called the three channels. The competition between the three channels, the possibility of cooperation between them, how to reproduce the postal issuance and the “main channel” are the problems that the postal enterprises are most concerned about and urgently need to study.
