采用定量细胞化学方法及透射电子显微镜观测了红景天甙对不同代龄二倍体细胞内酸性磷酸酶(AcPase)、脂褐素及其超微结构的影响。结果提示,红景天甙能降低第45代以后细胞AcPase的活性,第55代以后细胞内脂褐素的含量,并能阻抑细胞超微结构的衰退性变化。由此推断,红景天甙对二倍体成纤维细胞具有一定的延缓衰老作用。
The effects of salidroside on acid phosphatase (AcPase), lipofuscin, and ultrastructure of diploid cells in different age groups were observed using quantitative cytochemistry and transmission electron microscopy. The results suggest that salidroside can reduce the activity of AcPase in cells after 45th generation and the content of lipofuscin in cells after 55th generation, and can inhibit the decline of cell ultrastructure. It is concluded that salidroside has a certain anti-aging effect on diploid fibroblasts.
