SWOT分析法,即态势分析法,是由旧金山大学管理学教授韦里克提出的一种企业内部分析方法,是一种能够较客观而准确地分析和研究一个单位现实情况的方法。其中,S代表strength(优势),W代表weakness(弱势),O代表opportunity(机遇),T代表threat(挑战),S、W是内部因素,O、T是外部因素。通过对被分析对象的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等加以综合评估与分析得出结论,通过内部资源、外部环境有机结合来清晰地确定被分析对象
SWOT analysis, a situational analysis method, is an enterprise internal analysis method proposed by the professor of management at San Francisco University. It is a method that can objectively and accurately analyze and study the actual situation of a unit.
