将弹塑性力学理论运用到外壳的初始化设计中,得到壳体初始数据后,利用Solid-works软件对壳体进行三维建模,再利用COSMOSworks对模型做有限元分析,根据分析结果改进结构,再次计算实体应力,以检测改进后结构能否达到强度、刚度要求。 The elastic-plastic mechanics theory is applied to the initial design of the shell. After the initial data of the shell is obtained, the shell is three-dimensionally modeled by Solid-works software. Then the finite element analysis of the model is performed by COSMOSworks. Based on the analysis results, Calculate the physical stress to detect the improved structure can achieve the strength and stiffness requirements.
