随着干部制度改革的进一步深化,一大批青年干部走上了各级领导岗位,给我们的事业发展注入了新的生机和活力。但是,也要清醒地看到,一些刚刚走上领导岗位的青年干部,缺少必要的领导经验,易于步入新的思维误区。青年干部要减少工作中的失误,就要谨防步入以下一些思维误区: 一成不变的“惯性”思维。许多青年干部在原有岗位上干出了出色的成绩,走上新的领导岗位后,却相形见绌、力不从心。其中一个重要原因,就是当他们走上高一级的领导岗位后,仍然用原有的思维方式,而原有的思维方式往往不适合更高一
With the further deepening of the reform of the cadre system, a large number of young cadres have embarked on leadership positions at all levels, injecting new vigor and vitality into our career development. However, we must also be soberly aware that some young cadres who have just embarked on leadership positions lack the necessary leadership experience and are apt to step into new misunderstandings. In order to reduce mistakes in their work, young cadres must guard against the following misunderstandings in their thinking: immutable “inertia” thinking. Many young cadres have done outstanding achievements in their original posts. However, they have become dwarfed and unscrupulous after embarking on a new leadership post. One of the important reasons is that when they go to a higher level of leadership, they still use the original way of thinking, and the original way of thinking is often not suitable for a higher one
