盾构机的选型直接决定盾构法施工工程是事半功倍还是事倍功半,不宜凑合使用,关键在于紧密结合工程的地质条件。成都地铁一号线穿行区的地质特点有二:一是卵石层,有报告称卵石含量竟占68%,粒径30-550mm,漂石最大粒径超过270mm;二是地下水位高,透水系数大。据此,在盾构机选型方面,建议考虑以下几点。1宜优选加泥式土压平衡盾构亦称高浓度泥浆盾构,其泥浆浓度亦应可调。不宜采用泥水加压盾构。因为卵石漂石在管道中输送时阻力大,输送效率低。
