以高铁用6N01铝合金为试验材料,采用激光-MIG复合焊接方法,进行了焊接工艺试验,对两种不同的焊接方向进行了对比研究。对比分析了不同焊接方向下,焊缝形貌的变化、焊缝硬度和组织的改变;对两种条件下的焊缝进行了拉伸强度测试;经过X射线探伤,讨论了不同的焊接方向对气孔数量和分布的影响。结果表明:不同焊接方向下焊缝的成形、熔合区的晶粒生长取向、气孔分布不同,而硬度和拉伸强度差别不大。
Using high-speed rail 6N01 aluminum alloy as the experimental material, using laser-MIG composite welding method, the welding process test, the two different welding directions were compared. The changes of weld morphology, weld hardness and microstructure were compared under different welding directions. Tensile strength of the weld under the two conditions was tested.
