目的:研究热水浸提法从姬菇中提取姬菇多糖(PCNP)对酒精所致急性肝损伤小鼠肾脏的影响。方法:小鼠被随机分为空白对照组、模型组、多糖各剂量组(100、200、400mg/kg bw),连续灌胃30d后,除空白组外,给予50%浓度的乙醇溶液建立动物急性肝脏损伤模型。12h后,动物脱臼处死后取血液和肾脏测定各项抗氧化指标。结果:与模型组相比,多糖各剂量组能降低血清TG和肾脏MDA含量,提高肾脏SOD、CAT活性、GSH-Px活性及GSH含量。结论:PCNP对酒精所致小鼠肾损伤具有明显保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of hot water extraction on the extract of Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharide (PCNP) on alcoholic liver injury in mice with acute liver injury. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group and polysaccharide groups (100, 200 and 400 mg / kg bw). After continuous gavage for 30 days, animals were given 50% ethanol solution except the blank group Acute liver injury model. After 12h, the animals were sacrificed and the blood and kidneys were taken to determine the anti-oxidant indexes. Results: Compared with the model group, polysaccharide in each dose group can reduce serum TG and renal MDA content, improve renal SOD, CAT activity, GSH-Px activity and GSH content. Conclusion: PCNP has significant protective effect on alcohol induced kidney injury in mice.
