目的:研究寒冷与耗竭性游泳两种不同方式的应激对束缚应激免疫抑制蛋白产生的影响。方法:应激后小鼠血清影响淋巴细胞转化和高效液相法测定血清中免疫抑制蛋白的分子量。结果:小鼠在耗竭性游泳后血清中产生免疫抑制蛋白,分子量为1.55×105;寒冷应激后小鼠血清中不产生免疫抑制蛋白。结论:束缚应激免疫抑制蛋白的产生具有普遍意义。
Objective: To study the effects of two different ways of cold and exhaustive swimming on restraint stress immunosuppressive proteins. Methods: Serum was used to influence lymphocyte transformation after stress and the molecular weight of immunosuppressive protein in serum was determined by HPLC. Results: The mouse developed immunosuppressive protein in the serum after exhaustive swimming, with a molecular weight of 1.55 × 105. Immunosuppressive protein was not produced in the serum of mice after cold stress. Conclusion: The production of restraint stress immunosuppressive protein has universal significance.
